Step 1. Contact us to get an immediate lab order. In one quick call, we can set up your business profile. This way you will only have to tell us once how you like things done. It only takes few minutes to establish what type of testing you prefer, which locations you prefer, how you want your lab orders delivered, and where to send your paid invoices. Future lab orders can be called in, emailed, texted, or managed under our easy-to-use and free e-manager employee tracker. We will be able to send your lab order right away. Your employee can usually be tested that same day, and, in most areas, we even have the option for instant lab results.
Step 2. Give specimen. Once you have delivered the lab order via phone, printed copy, email, or text message, your employees can simply show up at the desired location and submit a quick sample. In most cases, there is no appointment needed. They will have to show a state-issued picture ID that matches their paperwork and appearance.
Step 3. Get results. If you choose an instant drug test, your results can be delivered as soon as the same day of collection. (Note: all non-negative instant drug tests will always need to go to the lab for further testing, in which case it will take a few days for confirmation testing.) If you chose a urine lab test we usually see results in about 1 to 3 business days.
Step 4. Talk to a doctor/medical review specialist. Wondering what happens if your employee gets a positive report due to their prescription? We’ve got that covered! Please do not ask your employees about their medications or medical history. The process of reviewing, establishing, and verifying your employee’s prescriptions is called medical review and it’s part of our process and built into our price.
