It is not uncommon for people to simply show up at the drug test site assuming that you can just walk in, however, most local labs will require a lab order. The good news is that we can help you obtain that lab order. All you have to do is call us at 618-505-0364. Getting registered for your drug test only takes a few minutes, and the lab order is active right away. When you call, tell us that you need an order for a drug screen at a Labcorp location. We will ask you what test you need or if you do not know, we will ask what drugs you need tested for. We will ask what your name, telephone number, date of birth, zip code, email address and how long your hair is (if you need a hair follicle test). Once we determine what drug screen you need, we will ask your credit card information and take a payment. After the payment is processed, we will create your lab order at Labcorp for you and get it sent to your email address. Depending on the drug test that you ordered, your results will be instant (within about 1 hour, as long as it is negative), or about 1-3 days for a lab-based urine drug screen, and 3-5 business days for a hair follicle drug screen. If there is a non-negative result, it will take additional time, as the result will go to the medical review office. If the result goes to the MRO, we will call you and provide you with their phone number and specimen ID number. You will call them and go over the results and they will verify any prescriptions that may affect your test results. If you have a prescription, they will modify and release your results to us. Once we get the results we will call you and inform you that we have the results and get them sent to your email address. If your results do not go to the medical review office, we will usually get the results in the standard amount of time and call you when they reach us. After speaking to you, we will email the drug test results to the email address you provide us.
