5 Panel DOT Drug Testing with AMH

Dear AMH Nationwide,
I need a 5 Panel DOT drug screening done. I am in the United States Coast Guard and I understand not all companies can provide 5 Panel DOT drug screening. It is not the same as a regular urine drug screen. So I’m hoping you can help me with this.We won’t be back in the states until next month. I will only have two weeks or so in town before I have to leave again so, I would like to get the process started as soon as possible. I need a copy of those results as soon as possible. Is your company able to send me a copy electronically? Or do I have to pick them up from the lab myself? Also, what is the process for this test?

Hi Bill,
We offer 5 Panel DOT drug screening and we will also send the federal chain of custody to the lab on your 
behalf. Testing requirements may vary depending on which agency you are testing for. You will also need a form labeled DOT/USCG Periodic Drug Testing Form to meet the requirements for periodic testing for the coast guard. We can complete this for you. The testing laboratory must be accredited by SAMSHA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration). In addition, the urine collection has to be collected by an agency that meets the collection requirements as defined in Title 49 CFR 40.30. We have all of these requirements covered for you. The results for this test usually take 1-3 business days but it can be up to 5. So, if we get you in right away we should have your results in time.
