- **Head hair:** 150 mg, approximately the width of a Sharpie
- **Body hair:** Volume equal to two cotton balls
- **Nail clippings and shavings:** 150 mg collected from all 10 fingers or all 10 toes
- Mixing fingernails with toenails is not allowed
