You will need to call to register and pay, and we will then send you a lab order all in one simple phone call! You may be dealing with a court and working on a court order. We do not need a court order to issue the lab order. You may have already gone online and made an appointment at Quest or LabCorp, but realize that they still need a lab order. Also, they do not offer some specialty types of testing. Collection sites will not accept a clinical order from your doctor under a clinical account. You must have a toxicology lab order with a chain of custody form.

We also frequently deal with concerned parents and loved ones that are needing straight answers on whether their loved one is using or has relapsed. Hair collections can be performed at a local lab, or you may prefer a lab-processed, anonymous at-home collection. Anonymous testing is not available for nail or PEth testing.

Yes. It is not uncommon for another party or even an attorney to call, register, and pay for a drug test. In fact, courts will often grant a drug test request but ask that the accusing party pay for it. In any case, even if another party has registered and paid for your drug test, we do consider your drug test private health information and protect it as such. Even if you get a positive for an illegal substance, we are not required to report your positive result to an outside entity or regulating agency.
